I am an experienced leader and trusted advisor in the field of international development cooperation, specialising in organisational development as well as the design and management of complex change processes.
My multi-disciplinary background in rural development, climate change adaptation, mediation and systemic organisational development enables me to approach any problem holistically and deliver high quality results for my clients.
I bring extensive experience in project implementation and management, starting with proposal development over strategic and operational planning to detailed implementation as well as evaluation to the table. I facilitate workshops and conduct high-quality scientific research.
Furthermore, I have long-standing expertise in fragile and conflict-affected contexts (e.g., Iraq, Palestinian Territories) as well as with German (e.g. GIZ, KfW, BMZ) and International (e.g. WFP, FAO, IFAD, UNDP) organisations.
